We have an in-house home stager in our office. That means quality, control and consistency on every project, without relying on outside suppliers.
The open house is the heart of our method because it concentrates interest and speeds up the sale, but every strategy is built with you based on the property and your goals.
There are ways to make the most of the home in the meantime, including renting it out through the short-term rentals managed by our dedicated branch. We'll gladly discuss it during the submission.
