We work only on an exclusive basis. Not because it suits us, but because it is the only way to truly invest in a home: home staging, photography, a dedicated website, open house. A home given to five agencies is followed by none.

The right price, from day one

Our valuation starts from real sold comparables in your area, not from hopes. That is why, in the sales we close, the realised price matches the asking price at the median and about two in three homes sell at or above asking. The figures, with method and limits, are in our sales observatory.

The open house that concentrates buyers

Instead of spreading viewings over weeks, our open house brings interested buyers together at the same time — it creates comparison and often closes above asking. On our best days we have handled up to 80 appointments in one day on a single home, closing in one case 23% above the starting price.

Abitare is Federico and Edoardo, who founded the agency in 2017. The person who values your home is the one who will sell it. We have two offices in Sanremo, in Via Padre Semeria 25 and Via XX Settembre 5.
